Red Line Book Festival Celebrates 10 Years

RED LINE BOOK FESTIVAL

Celebrating 10 years, the Red Line Book Festival takes to the shelves with its largest programme ever!

From eco writing and the Irish Civil War to daring debuts and obsessions, literary motherhood and gatsby themed gatherings. The Red Line Book Festival has launched its 2021 programme of events for literature lovers, history fans, families and the culturally curious. Participants this year include: Diarmuid Ferriter, Colm Tóibín, Louise Nealon, Julia Quinn, Torrey Peters, Abigail Thorn, Sheila O’Flanagan, Megan Nolan, Jessica Traynor, Sarah Gilmartin, Seán Hewitt and Red Line Book Festival Writer in Residence, poet and biologist Jane Robinson.

Mayor of South Dublin County Council Peter Kavanagh commented on the programme saying: ‘I am thrilled that the Red Line Book Festival has returned to South Dublin County once again. It is remarkable that after a challenging 18 months, our organisers have put together such an impressive, high profile programme of events, running both online and offline and suitable for all ages’.
