Pietas Christmas Appeal

Pieta recently launched its Christmas appeal, calling on the public to donate this December to enable the charity to continue providing lifesaving work over the festive period. Over 1,500 people including 600 under 18s will engage with Pieta’s life saving one to one suicide prevention counselling service this December. Pieta is hosting a nationwide initiative on 6th of December as part of its Christmas appeal; #HopeOverSilence, calling on the nation to light a candle in their window and take a moment to speak up about mental health, their own or a loved ones, rather than choosing silence.
