Local Adjustment Factor for Local Property Tax 2024

Housing

Clondalkin Rep Cllr Francis Timmons says “I made my submission against the raising of the Local Property Tax, I continue to maintain that this is an unfair and unjust Tax and again I lobby and campaign that this unfair tax is kept at the 15% reduction allowed to elected representatives, we cannot again hit people that are struggling to live and meet the increasing demands of trying to meet the ever rising cost of living in Dublin especially in light of the continuing war in Ukraine and the cost of living crisis.”

Cllr Timmons concluded “The public consultation period for SDCC began on the 4th  July until the 11th August.”
