Local Councillor Emer Higgins has congratulated Bank of Ireland and Commercials GAA Club for their collaboration on an event that promotes and enterprise. “On Saturday October 15th people of all ages and fitness levels are invited to Commercials GAA Club to take part in a Bank of Ireland sponsored 5k fun run under the supervision of none other than Operation Transformation’s Dr. Eva. The event will be a short 5k course that will finish back at the clubhouse where Bank of Ireland will be showcasing our fantastic local entrepreneurs, talent and community groups,” said Cllr. Emer Higgins.
“Rás 5k Ráth Cúil is a great example of collaboration between our industries and sports clubs and I want to congratulate both Commercials and Bank of Ireland for this positive initiative. Get your running shoes on!,” concluded Newcastle and Rathcoole’s local Councillor, Emer Higgins
