Baking With Newsgroup – Peanut Butter Cookies


Ingredients : 100g Porridge
                     140g Caster Sugar
                     130g Crunchy Peanut Butter
                     1 egg

Method :

Preheat oven 160c.

In a bowl combine all of the ingredients. Place tablespoon of mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper flat it out into a disc and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Once baked remove from the oven a cool on a wire rack.
