150g Coconut Oil
120g Dried Figs
110g Dried Dates
50g Dried Cranberries
50g Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds
60g Jumbo Oats
60g Porridge Oats
60g Oat Bran
Preheat oven 180c
Line a square tin 20cm x 20 cm ( 8in x 8in )with parchment paper, set aside then chop the almonds.
In a food processor blitz together the coconut oil, dried figs and dried dates.
Put into a mixing bowl and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Place mixture into the tin and press down with the back of a spoon.
Cover with tin foil and bake for 10 mins, after 10 mins remove the tinfoil and bake for another 20 – 25 mins remove from the oven and press mixture down again with the back of a spoon.
Allow to fully go cold before cutting into squares.
